Abstract

В статті розглядається сутність управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства, оскільки управління фінансовими ресурсами належить до основних завдань фінансового менеджера на будь-якому підприємстві, їх структура і вартість значною мірою впливають на основні показники фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства та на ефективність діяльності господарюючого суб’єкта в цілому. Від ефективної організації та правильного управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства залежить як його фінансово-економічний стан,так і стан на ринку в сучасних конкурентних умовах. Система управління фінансовими ресурсами являє собою сукупність форм і методів на основі яких здійснюється управління грошовим оборотом та фінансовими ресурсами. Дана система буде вважатися ефективною лише тоді, коли вона дає змогу не лише раціонально використовувати наявні ресурси, а й забезпечити системний пошук можливостей подальшого розвитку підприємства. The article examines the essence of management of financial resources of the enterprise, since the management of financial resources is the main objectives of the financial manager in any enterprise, their structure and cost to a large extent affect the basic indicators of financial and economic activity of the enterprise and the efficiency of the business entity as a whole . From the efficient organization and proper management of the financial resources of an enterprise depends on both its financial and economic condition and the state of the market in the current competitive conditions. The system of management of financial resources is a set of forms and methods on the basis of which the management of cash turnover and financial resources. This system will be considered effective only if it allows not only rational use of available resources, but also provides a systematic search for opportunities for further development of the enterprise.
