Abstract
На ефективність процесу доїння впливають всі ланки біотехнічної системи: тварина - людина – машина. Щодо останнього, то фактор «досконалість доїльного апарату» впливає на отриманий продукт та на біологічні складові системи тварину та оператора. The efficiency of the milking process is influenced by all parts of the biotechnical system: the animal - the person - the car. Concerning the latter, the "milking machine perfection factor" affects the product obtained and the biological components of the animal system and the operator.
