Abstract
Пружний шарнір містить циліндричну обойму, коаксіально встановлений порожнистий палець і пружний елемент, розміщений між ними. Крім цього, шарнір забезпечений двома комплектами послідовно розташованих від осі пружного елемента гофрованих дугоподібних пластин, кожна з яких розміщена в пружному елементі діаметрально від його осі до периметра, а загальна довжина 1 пластин, які лежать на одному радіусі R, вибрана із співвідношення 0,5R≤1≤3,23R.
A resilient joint comprises a cylindrical sleeve, a coaxially mounted hollow pin and a an elastic element placed between them. In addition, the hinge is provided with two sets of of corrugated arcuate plates sequentially arranged from the axis of the elastic element, each of of which is placed in the elastic element diametrically from its axis to the perimeter, and the total length 1 of the plates lying on the same radius R is chosen from the ratio 0,5R≤1≤3,23R.
