Аналіз виробництва зернових та олійних культур в Україні

Abstract

Значну роль у розвитку аграрного напрямку економіки України займають зернові та олійні культури. Зерновий клин представлено трьома основними культурами пшеницею, ячменем та кукурудзою. Олійний напрям зосереджується на вирощуванні насіння соняшника, сої та ріпаку. Експортний потенціал зернових становить близько 50 % від загального виробництва. Щорічні надходження від реалізації зернових і олійних культур становлять 6,5 та 1,7 млрд доларів США відповідно. Досліджено основні економічні показники виробництва і реалізації зернових та олійних культур. Проведено аналіз в розрізі кожної обраної культури з визначенням рівня рентабельності, товарності, обсягу ринку зернових та олійних культур Встановлено, що період розвитку ринкових відносин в Україні вибір стратегії розвитку виробництва зернових і олійних культур в значній мірі залежить від інноваційного потенціалу, наступальної інноваційної політики, переходу до ширшого використання інтелектуального капіталу та інформаційних ресурсів. Сучасний період розвитку економіки характеризується впровадженням нових технологій і випуском наукоємної продукції, що потребує більш глибоких знань і умінь практичного використання досвіду та кваліфікації працівників, організаційної культури, здатності продуктивно перетворювати та оцінювати інформацію. Grain and oil cultures are of great importance to the development of agricultural direction in Ukraine. Grain wedge is represented by three main crops – wheat, barley and corn. Oil direction is focused on growing sunflower seeds, soy and rape. Export potential of grains amounts to about 50% of total produce. Annual income from sales of grain and oil crops is 6.5 and 1.7 billion USA dollars correspondingly. The basic economic indicators of production and sale of grain and oilseeds are investigated. An analysis was carried out in the context of each selected crop with a definition of profitability, marketability, market volume of grain and oilseeds. The profitability of cultures has been analyzed for the highest indices of sunflower seeds and rape seeds. During the period of developing market relations in Ukraine the selection of development strategies for grain and oil cultures to a bigger extent depends on the innovative potential, advancing innovative policy, transition to a wider application of intellectual capital and informational resources. The contemporary period in development of economy is characterized by implementation of newest technologies and release of knowledge-intensive production which requires deeper knowledge and skills of practical application of experience and qualification of a worker, organizational structure, and capability to analyze and estimate the information. Analysis of development in agrarian markets of grain and oil crops testifies to the fact that they develop dynamically. It is supported by the increase in amounts of produce production; thus concerning grain crops – during the years of independence this index has almost doubled, in production of oil cultures the index has increased seven times. Indices of production profitability level and merchantability level influence the effectiveness of grain and oil crops production.
