Підприємницькі рішення обумовлені взаємодією між зовнішніми детермінантами (технічними та інституціональними), внутрішніми детермінантами (технічний та фінансовий стан, якість управління та цілі розвитку) та природними умовами. Запропонована модель системи, що імітує зміну виробництва підприємства сільськогосподарської галузі має мати такі загальні якості: елементи динамічного характеру, що вказують на процес адаптації; зміни повинні відображатися на виробництві, інвестиціях та фінансуванні у зв'язку з технічними, інституційними та капітальними обмеженнями, і необхідно враховувати той факт, що на прийняття рішень . To ascertain the consequences of the alternative policy of state regulation of agriculture at the national level, it should be noted that the system includes the aggregation of the results of various typical agricultural holdings in the agricultural sector. Business decisions are due to the interaction between external determinants (technical and institutional), internal determinants (technical and financial status, quality of management and development goals) and natural conditions. The proposed model of a system simulating a change in the production of an agricultural enterprise must have the following general qualities: dynamic elements indicative of the process of adaptation; changes must be reflected in production, investment and financing in connection with technical, institutional and capital constraints, and it is necessary to take into account the fact that decision making by agricultural producers is affected by uncertainty and behavioral constraints.
