We consider the formation and development of integration operations of corporate mergers or acquisitions in the agricultural sector of Ukraine as a necessary condition for improving the efficiency of agricultural business that has a large-scale organizational, economic and financial feasibility of investment and innovation projects with subsequent vertical and horizontal restructuring. |
