Використання ефекту синергії для забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного сектору Дніпропетровщини

Abstract

Сільське господарство в Україні є однією з бюджетонаповнюючих галузей економіки держави. Це пов’язано з експортним потенціалом та попитом на зовнішніх ринках на українську продукцію галузі рослинництва. Сталий розвиток підприємств аграрного сектору економіки України в цілому і Дніпропетровщини зокрема базується на трьох стовпах: економічному аспекті (на основі використання інновацій), екологічному аспекті та соціальному аспекті. Запропоновано ряд заходів, застосування яких дозволить мінімізувати негативні наслідки які виникли в сучасних умовах господарювання в Дніпропетровській області та які перешкоджають сталому розвитку аграрного сектору регіону. Підприємства, котрі працюють в сільському господарстві, повинні повною мірою використовувати комплекс виробничих та збутових інновацій для підтримання і ефективного просування власної продукції на світових зернових ринках. Agriculture in Ukraine is one of the budget-filling branches of the state's economy. This is related to the export potential and the demand in the foreign markets for Ukrainian crop products. Sustainable development of enterprises of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine in general and Dnipropetrovsk region in particular is based on three pillars: economic aspect (based on the use of innovations), environmental aspect and social aspect. A number of measures are proposed which will minimize the negative consequences that have arisen in the current economic conditions in the Dnipropetrovsk region and which impede the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region. Sustainable development of the agricultural sector of Dnepropetrovsk region contributes to: activation of rural population in production and business activity; equality in the distribution of revenue from the use of local resources; development of the village with participation of citizens in territorial associations in the framework of decentralization; management in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Innovations in the agrarian sector of the Dnepropetrovsk region are divided into production, product and management, which in turn are divided into innovations of biological, technical, technological, chemical, economic, marketing and management nature. Each type of innovation is focused on modernizing a particular type of capital. Enterprises operating in agriculture should make full use of a range of manufacturing and marketing innovations to support and effectively promote their products in global grain markets. Implementation of the proposed measures will provide: synergistic effect from the complex application of different types of innovations to reduce the cost of production, increase the level of profitability, improve the quality of products; the use of the latest approaches to work with staff, which will improve the professional level of employees of the enterprise and as a consequence improve their financial support; development of rural territories with the participation of agricultural enterprises of Dnipropetrovsk region, which will stop the outflow of human resources from the territory of the region; the use of the latest cost-effective technologies and the reclamation of the soils of the region, which will reduce the environmental burden on agricultural land.
