Теоретичні аспекти формування економічної ефективності агропромислового виробництва.

Abstract

У статті узагальнено підходи до визначення сутності економічної категорі ї«ефективність аграрного виробництва», яка є досить складною категорією, оскільки є визначальним фактором економічного і соціального розвитку суспільства на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки і є важливою передумовою прискорення розвитку агропромислового комплексуй подальшого підвищення результативності функціонування економіки України. Наведено наукові погляди щодо тлумачення визначення ефективність виробництва продукції. Виокремлено особливості сільськогосподарського виробництва, які необхідно враховувати при дослідженні даної категорії. Узагальнено основні види економічної ефективності виробництва. Встановлено, що сутність ефективності агропромислового виробництва відображає широкий комплекс умов функціонування продуктивних сил і виробничих відносин, які у сукупності забезпечують процес розширеного відтворення на стадіях кругообігу: капіталу (грошова– підготовка і створення умов для ведення виробництва); виробничій – виготовлення продукції; товарній – реалізація продукції . Кожна з цих стадій має своє функціональне призначення і мету, ступінь досягнення яких визначає ефективність аграрного виробництва. The article generalizes approaches to determining the essence of the economic category "efficiency of agricultural production", which is a rather complex category, as it is a determining factor of economic and social development of society at the present stage of economic development and is an important prerequisite for accelerating the development of agro-industrial complex and further improving the efficiency of Ukraine's function. The scientific views on the interpretation of the definition of production efficiency are given. It is proved that efficiency is a socio-economic problem, the positive solution of which leads to the development of productive forces and the state of society. I t is a complex economic category that reflects the effects of objective economic laws. According to many economists, it is a form of reflection of the purpose of production, means efficiency, a measure of benefit. The initial criterion for production efficiency is the amount of national income per capita at the lowest cost of living and labor. Production efficiency can be interpreted as the best output of quality products at the lowest cost of money and labor, which implies meeting the needs of the population for cheap food and raw materials for the processing industry. This criterion of socio-economic efficiency is determined by comparing the result obtained and the effect with the costs and the resources involved. The features of agricultural production, which should be considered in the study of this category, are distinguished. The main types of economic efficiency of production are summarized. It is established that the essence of agro-industrial production efficiency reflects a wide range of conditions of functioning of productive forces and production relations, which together provide the process of expanded reproduction at the stages of the cycle of: capital (money - preparation and creation of conditions for production management); production - production of products; commodity - sale of products. Each of these stages has its functional purpose and purpose, the degree of achievement of which determines the efficiency of agro-industrial production. Reducing the cost and improving the efficiency of agro-industrial production create economic conditions for further reduction of retail prices in the market. Hence the increase in production efficiency has the effect of increasing the incomes and the level of profitability of agro-industrial enterprises. The more products are produced and sold, the cheaper it is for the producers, they arn higher incomes and the more they can allocate for the development of production, higher wages and improvement of social conditions.
