Інтерактивне навчання англійської мови: комунікативні ігри, таблиці та схеми

Abstract

Статтю присвячено спробі проаналізувати використання сучасних форм і методів (комунікативних таблиць, схем та ігор), якими користуються викладачі іноземних мов для формування загальних знань і мовних компетенцій студентів у навчальному процесі. Розглянуто особливості застосування їх як інтерактивні методи викладання англійської мови у вищих навчальних закладах. Розглянуто доцільність застосування інтерактивних методів, що дозволяє зробити заняття більш різноманітними, що надає студентам можливість проявити мовну самостійність, реалізувати комунікативні вміння і мовні навички. Також описана доцільність використання інтерактивних методів вивчення англійської мови, орієнтованих на активізацію творчого мислення студентів. Розглянуто практичне провадження комунікативних таблиць та схем на заняттях, які можна здійснювати з застосуванням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, використовуючи інтерактивну дошку або відео-проектор. Використання схем і таблиць на парах англійської мови – найбільш ймовірна запорука успішного розвитку мовної компетенції студентів. The article is devoted to an attempt to analyze modern forms and methods (communicative tables, schemes, and games) that are used by teachers of foreign languages to form the general knowledge and language competencies of students in the educational process. The features of their use as interactive methods of teaching English in higher education are considered. The appropriateness of using interactive methods is considered, it allows to make classes more diverse, which provides students with the opportunity to show language independence, to realize communication skills and language skills. The feasibility of using interactive methods of studying the English language, focused on enhancing the creative thinking of students, is also described. The practical implementation of communication tables and diagrams in the classroom, which can be achieved by using information and communication technologies with an interactive whiteboard or video projector, is considered. The use of charts and tables in classes of English is the most likely guarantee of the successful development of students’ language competence.
