Оценка показателей экономического развития отраслей животноводства в Украине

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано зміни в чисельності поголів'я основних груп тварин в Україні в 2018 р, в тому числі великої та дрібної рогатої худоби і свиней, в порівнянні з попередніми періодами. Визначено динаміку. Визначено періоди нарощування і скорочення поголів'я основних груп тварин в Україні, в тому числі великої та дрібної рогатої худоби і свиней. Проаналізовано виробництво в Україні основних видів тваринницької продукції. Розра-хований середньорічний удій від однієї корови. Проаналізовано публікації з даної тематики. Проведено оцінку показників економічного розвитку галузі за пер-ший квартал 2019 р. Зроблено висновки, в тому числі про взаємозв'язок між розвитком в країні тваринницьких галузей та соціально-економічним становищем сільського населення. У статті стверджується, що одним із шляхів підвищення ефективності галузі тваринництва є впровадження у виробництво високопродуктивного племінного стада, яке повинно стати для сільськогосподарських підприємств вагомим фактором збільшення продуктивності сільськогосподарських тва-рин, зниження собівартості виробництва і зростання прибутковості галузі. Article aims to identify the dynamics of the livestock heard change and livestock production in Ukraine in 2018 and to assess the economic performance of the industry development in the 1st quarter of the current year. Solving the problem of increasing agricultural production and its quality improving requires radical transformations in economic relations, accelerating scientific and technological progress and the social and economic development of the rural area. One of the ways to improve the efficiency of the livestock industry is highly productive breeding herds into production, which should be a significant factor for agricultural enterprises to increase the productivity of livestock animals, reduce production costs and increase the profitability of the sector. In the process of research, a monographic method, a method of comparative analysis, as well as statistical and abstract-logical methods were used. Scientific knowledge about the latest technologies of agricultural production, the future demand for products and business outlooks are of primary important in economic development of the industry solving problems. However, there are remain unresolved points of clarifying and adjusting the strategy for the further development of livestock sector in the Ukraine at the moment. At the same time, one should not forget about the possible social results of the development of the livestock industries of the agro-industrial complex of the country. First of all, it’s certainly a matter of enabling the entire population of the country to receive fresh and high-quality food in sufficient quantities. But since the majority of livestock industries are relatively labor output ratio, development of this of agricultural production sector in Ukraine should have a positive effect on the socio-economic situation of the rural population.
