| Description: | Узагальнено наслідки економічної кризи в аграрній сфері економіки країни та доведена необхідність технічного переоснащення сільськогосподарського виробництва. Розкриті значення, сутність, види та обставини, які сприяли розвитку лізингової діяльності в економічно розвинутих країнах. Визначається суперечливий характер сутності лізингових відносин і вказуються його відмінності від оренди та переваги над іншими формами інвестиційної діяльності. Виявлено причини незначної ролі лізингових відносин в підвищенні рівня технічної оснащеності аграрних підприємств. Запропоновано напрями стимулювання розвитку лізингу в Україні. The consequences of the economic crisis in the agrarian sector of the country's economy are generalized and the necessity of technical reequipment of agricultural production has been proved. The significance, essence, types and circumstances that promoted the development of leasing activity in economically developed countries were revealed. The controversial nature of the essence of leasing relations is determined and its differences from the lease and advantages over other forms of investment activity are indicated. The reasons of the insignificant role of leasing relations in raising the level of technical equipment of agrarian enterprises are revealed. The directions of stimulation of leasing development in Ukraine are offered. |
