Застосування реінжинірингу на підприємствах аграрної сфери

Abstract

В статті розглянуто існуючі підходи до трактування сутності поняття «реінжиніринг» з наведенням власного розуміння зазначеного терміну. Досліджено принципи реалізації стратегії реінжинірингу в умовах підприємств. Розкрито можливі помилки що супроводжують процес реалізації реінжинірингу. Встановлено основні вимоги для повномасштабного застосування реінжинірингу. Надано пропозиції щодо впровадження реінжинірингу на сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Наведено модель реінжинірингу для сільськогосподарських підприємств, котра передбачає ті чи інші дії керівництва, котрі необхідно виконати для своєчасного досягнення стратегічної мети з урахуванням оперативного коригування. Доведено, що реінжиніринг здатний забезпечити довгострокові конкурентні переваги сільськогосподарського підприємства, що створить умови для зайняття сильної конкурентної позиції та тим самим забезпечити беззбитковість діяльності. The article deals with the existing approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of «reengineering» with the introduction of its own understanding of the term. The principles of implementation of the strategy of re-engineering in the conditions of agricultural enterprises conducting their activity in the agricultural sphere are investigated. Possible errors that accompany the process of reengineering implementation are revealed. The basic requirements for full-scale application of re-engineering at agricultural enterprises are set. Suggestions for implementation of re-engineering at agricultural enterprises are given. The model of reengineering at agricultural enterprises is presented, which envisages some or other management actions that must be performed in order to achieve the strategic goal in a timely manner, taking into account the operational adjustment. Implementation of re-engineering at agricultural enterprises will improve the performance indicators by drastically and radically redesigning processes, but re-engineering cannot solve all management problems. Most managers view reengineering as a method of crisis management and identify it with the usual program to improve management processes. However, it is very important to distinguish reengineering from the process of optimal enterprise reduction, restructuring, or other mechanism of managerial change. Production re-engineering is the main task of the strategic goals of the production process, which is the main component of the structural scheme of the production system. It is proved that reengineering is capable to provide long-term competitive advantages of an agricultural enterprise, which will create conditions for occupation of a strong competitive position and thereby ensure breakeven activity. The reengineering of an agricultural enterprise also enhances the enterprise's adaptation to the ever-changing conditions of the market environment, in other words, it can compensate for the uncontrolled influences of the external environment, that is, an instrument of the management system.
