Аналіз стану виробництва продукції тваринництва в Україні

Abstract

Тваринництво відіграє важливу роль у забезпеченні національної продовольчої безпеки. Воно постачає м'ясо, молочні продукти, шкіру, вовну, яйця та інше. Основними складовими українського тваринництва є скотарство (м’ясо-молочні продукти), свині, вівці, бджільництво та птахівництво. Оцінка умов утримання тварин в Україні свідчить про негативні тенденції у розвитку тваринництва. Відбулося зменшення поголів’я, значне зниження продуктивності худоби, зниження якості продукції тваринництва. Звичайно, така ситуація призводить до низької якості та скорочення виробництва тваринної продукції, що в свою чергу призводить до неякісного споживання їжі. Свинарство є головною складовою тваринництва в Україні через високу плодючість та низькі витрати на збільшення маси на одиницю порівняно з масою забою. Завдяки своїй харчовій цінності (майже вдвічі більше, ніж поживна цінність баранини і яловичини) та корисності, її високо цінують українці. The process of transition to national market management methods is characterized mainly by the crisis affecting agriculture. Wherein, animal husbandry suffered the greatest decline. Animal husbandry plays an important role in ensuring national food security. It supplies meat, dairy products, leather, wool, eggs and more. The main components of Ukrainian animal husbandry are livestock (meat and dairy products), pigs, sheep, beekeeping and poultry. In recent years, the development of agribusiness in the livestock sector has undergone a complex process, which is associated with increasing the concentration of animal husbandry in large farms and the reduction of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises. This can be said by analyzing the indicators of the state of animal husbandry in agribusiness, the number of livestock and poultry in different groups. The assessment of animal housing conditions in Ukraine shows negative trends in the development of animal husbandry. There has been a downturn in livestock, a significant decline in livestock productivity, a decrease in the quality of livestock products. Of course, this situation leads to low quality and reduced production of animal products, which in turn leads to poor food consumption. This problem can be solved by reviving pig farming, which is able to quickly increase the number of pigs, and, consequently, the production of pork, which has a stable and widespread demand in the consumer market. Pig farming is the main component of livestock in Ukraine due to high fertility and low cost of weight gain per unit compared to the mass of slaughter. Due to its nutritional value (almost twice the nutritional value of mutton and beef) and utility, it is highly valued by Ukrainians. Demand for meat products can be met by supporting the implementing of industrial pork production, but livestock farms are heavily dependent on government support. Research experience shows that large-scale financial support from the state, commonly, does not guarantee successful production of livestock products. The resolution adopted by the Government, which improves the procedure for providing state support in animal husbandry and forms a refund mechanism, is positive trend to improve the situation in the livestock sector.
