Особливості ризику фермерського виробництва як форми підприємництва

Abstract

Визначено сутність підприємництва як багатопланового соціально-економічного явища та ідентифіковано аспекти його дослідження, а саме: соціально-психологічний, юридичний та економічний. Встановлено, що нині підприємницька діяльність може здійснюватися самим власником капіталу, або підприємцем від імені його власника. Стосовно сільського господарства підприємницькими структурами є фермерські господарства та підприємства різних організаційно-правових форм господарювання. Обгрунтовано, що для ефективного управління підприємницькою діяльністю, в т.ч. у фермерським виробництвом, важливе значення має науково обгрунтована класифікація ризиків. Аргументовано виявлення взаємозв'язків між чинниками, які зумовлюють специфіку підприємництва в сільському господарстві та проявами ризику. Узагальнено, що основними специфічними фактори сільськогосподарського підприємництва, є: використання землі як основного засобу виробництва; диспаритет цін та сезонність виробництва.
