Вплив прямих іноземних інвестицій на розвиток бізнесу: аспекти менеджменту

Abstract

У даній статті доведено, що ефективність функціонування економіки залежить від оптимального розвитку малого, середнього та великого бізнесу. У нинішніх умовах інвестиції є одним з основних засобів забезпечення необхідних умов виходу з економічної кризи, структурних зрушень у національному господарстві, прискорення ефективного розвитку бізнесу. Визначена важлива роль менеджменту в інвестиційних процесах. Доведено, що залучення іноземного капіталу відіграє велику роль для сталого розвитку економіки підприємницьких структур та сприяє ефективнішому веденню національного господарства. Визначена роль саме малого та середнього бізнесу в розвитку економіки країни. Окреслено проблеми, які перешкоджають розвитку бізнесу в країні. Досліджено динаміку, структуру обсягів прямих іноземних інвестицій у економіку Львівській області, тенденції їх зміни на одну особу, структуру за видами економічної діяльності, а також географічну структуру прямого інвестування у бізнес Львівської області. Визначено вплив прямих іноземних інвестицій на сталий економічний розвиток регіону та доцільність залучення іноземних інвестицій для досягнення стабільного соціально–економічного розвитку області. Здійснивши дослідження, встановлено, що в останні роки спостерігається зниження інвестиційної активності іноземних інвесторів у регіональну економіку, а також скорочення обсягів прямих іноземних інвестицій. Найбільш привабливими для іноземних партнерів є промисловість і фінансова та страхова діяльність, транспортна сфера. This article proves that the efficiency of the economy depends on the optimal development of small, medium and large businesses. In the current conditions, investment is one of the main means of ensuring the necessary conditions for overcoming the economic crisis, structural changes in the national economy, accelerating the effective development of business. The important role of management in investment processes is defined. It is proved that attracting foreign capital plays an important role in the sustainable development of the economy of business structures and contributes to more efficient management of the national economy. The role of small and medium business in the development of the country’s economy is determined. The problems that hinder the development of business in the country are outlined. The dynamics, the structure of foreign direct investment in the economy of Lviv region, the trends of their change per capita, the structure by type of economic activity, as well as the geographical structure of direct investment in the business of Lviv region are studied. The impact of foreign direct investment on the sustainable economic development of the region and the feasibility of attracting foreign investment to achieve stable socio–economic development of the region. After conducting research, it was found that in recent years there has been a decrease in investment activity of foreign investors in the regional economy, as well as a reduction in foreign direct investment. The most attractive for foreign partners are industry and financial and insurance activities, transport.
