Стратегічне управління інноваційним розвитком аграрного підприємства для забезпечення його фінансово-економічної безпеки

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі інноваційного розвитку у системі фінансово-економічної безпеки аграрного підприємства. Констатовано, що в умовах активізації інноваційної діяльності підприємств, постає питання про вибір найефективніших інструментів управління діяльністю підприємством, в т.ч. інноваційною. Це дозволить підвищити рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємства, оперативно визначати його внутрішні можливості інноваційної діяльності та виявляти приховані резерви розвитку. В статті розглянуто основні етапи розробки ефективної стратегії інноваційного розвитку аграрного підприємства, серед яких: формування принципів та стратегічних цілей інноваційного розвитку підприємства; аналіз економічного та інноваційного стану підприємства; аналіз впливу факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища на інноваційний розвиток підприємства; формування бізнес-плану інноваційного розвитку підприємства; прогнозування результатів реалізації запропонованих заходів; реалізація стратегії інноваційного розвитку підприємства; моніторинг інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Запропонована технологія вибору інноваційної стратегії для подальшого розвитку інноваційної детальності аграрного підприємства. The article is devoted to the study of the role of innovative development in the system of financial and economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The aim of the article is to develop a strategically oriented management system for innovative development of agricultural enterprises, as well as a set of measures for the development, implementation, development, production, commercialization and analysis of the effectiveness of innovative solutions. Innovation is the basis for ensuring the innovative component of the economic security of the enterprise. It is stated that in the conditions of intensification of innovative activity of enterprises the question of choice of the most effective tools of management of innovative activity of the enterprise arises. This will increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise, quickly identify its internal capabilities and identify hidden reserves of development. In writing the article, general scientific and empirical methods of economics were used, which are based on a systematic approach. In addition, general research methods such as generalization were used in the process. The article considers the main stages of developing an effective strategy for innovative development of agricultural enterprises, including: formation of principles and strategic goals of innovative development of the enterprise; analysis of the economic and innovative state of the enterprise; analysis of the impact of external and internal factors on the innovative development of the enterprise; formation of a business plan for innovative development of the enterprise; forecasting the results of the implementation of measures; implementation of the strategy of innovative development of the enterprise; monitoring of innovative development of the enterprise. Completion of these stages will create favorable conditions for intensification of processes of creation and improvement of new products and means of their production, will allow the company to enter the stage of sustainable quality growth and adapt more quickly to changes in the market environment. In the course of the research it was determined that the achievement of the strategic goals of the enterprise depends on the choice of the strategy of innovative development. The strategy of innovative development of the enterprise can be defined as a system of managerial, organizational and innovative decisions aimed at implementing the tasks set before it. It is the strategy of innovative development that is an effective means of management, which allows to take into account all the capabilities of the enterprise at the present stage of development and help to get the most out of existing capacity. The technology of choosing an innovation strategy for further development of innovative detail of an agricultural enterprise is proposed. It is established that the model of strategic behavior depends on the level of innovative development of the enterprise. The practical value of the article is that the research will help agricultural enterprises to determine the optimal strategy of innovative development, which in turn will contribute to the stable functioning of agricultural enterprises.
