Principles of technological support of the educational process: prerequisites, realities and prospects of introducing modern technologies into the system of education and science

Abstract

Modern realities of life and ensuring the educational process of schoolchildren, students and postgraduates require the introduction of digitalization as an essential element of education for those seeking education. Reforming Ukrainian education in the direction of integration into the European educational space involves the development and implementation of innovative educational systems and technologies. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Education” Art. 51. among the professional competencies of a pedagogical worker are practical skills in the application of modern methods and technologies of education. The digital transformation of Ukrainian education aims to increase its quality, achieve new educational results, adequate to the requirements of the modern digital society. Today, there are new requirements for all participants of the educational process: from personal and professional qualities, creativity, creative possibilities to knowledge and skills of operating them. In a digital society, human education takes place in the conditions of a digital educational environment, the purpose of which is the development of the digital competence of an individual. Сучасні реалії життя та забезпечення освітнього процесу школярів, студентів та аспірантів вимагають впровадження цифровізації, як невідмінного елементу навчання для здобувачів освіти. Реформування освіти України в напрямку інтеграції в європейський освітній простір передбачає розробку та впровадження інноваційних освітніх систем і технологій. Згідно Закону України «Про освіту» ст. 51. серед професійних компетентностей педагогічного працівника є практичні вміння застосування сучасних методів і технологій навчання. Цифрова трансформація української освіти має на меті підвищення її якості, досягнення нових освітніх результатів, адекватних вимогам сучасного цифрового суспільства. Сьогодні з’являються нові вимоги до усіх учасників освітнього процесу: від особистісних і професійних якостей, творчих, креативних можливостей до знань і вмінь оперування ними. В цифровому суспільстві освіта людини протікає в умовах цифрового освітнього середовища, метою якого є розвиток цифрової компетентності особистості.
