Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні аспекти формування і функціонування фінансових систем зарубіжних країн. Доведено, що Фінансова система має вирішальне значення для розподілу ресурсів у сучасній економіці. Фінансова система є підґрунтям добробуту економіки. Фінансова система опосередковує взаємовідносини між державою, організаціями, громадянами, що відбуваються безперервно за допомогою сучасних технологій і комунікації не лише в середині країни, а й її межами. Досліджено ключові складові фінансових систем зарубіжних країн. Доведено, що фінансова система кожної країни має індивідуальну структуру зі своїми особливостями побудови та функціонування. Відмінності та загальні риси складу та класифікації фінансових систем залежать від типу економіки, дефініції фінансів, а також ролі фінансових ресурсів у суспільному відтворенні. Встановлено, що порівняльний аналіз фінансових систем таких країн як США, Великобританія, Німеччина, Франція, Японія доводить, що кожна країна має свої особливості в побудові фінансової системи та свої відмінності. The theoretical aspects of the formation and functioning of the financial systems of foreign countries are studied. It has been proven that the Financial System is of crucial importance for the distribution of resources in the modern economy. The financial system is the foundation of the well-being of the economy. The financial system mediates relations between the state, organizations, and citizens, which take place continuously with the help of modern technologies and communication not only within the country, but also across its borders. The key components of the financial systems of foreign countries are studied. It has been proven that the financial system of each country has an individual structure with its own peculiarities of construction and operation. The differences and common features of the composition and classification of financial systems depend on the type of economy, the definition of finance, as well as the role of financial resources in social reproduction. the country has its own peculiarities in the construction of the financial system and its differences. In the conditions of globalization, the role of foreign financial systems is constantly growing. Their analysis, which includes the determination of the place of a particular country in the world financial system, allows to identify the prospects for the development of the financial sector of a specific country, as well as to develop its target orientations in the long term. The financial system of the state ensures the creation and flow of financial funds that allow the state to provide public goods, services, benefits, and also contributes to the accumulation and use of financial funds for the purpose of implementing the activities of authorities. Improvement of processes of formation and functioning of financial systems of foreign countries is in constant dynamics, constantly finding promising directions of development. The perspective of the following scientific studies is the analysis of the prospects for compliance with the key condition for the functioning of the financial systems of foreign countries, namely the orderly interaction of all structural elements of the financial system.
