Інноваційний процес як найважливіший фактор прискорення розвитку аграрного сектора

Abstract

Дослідження присвячено висвітленню доцільності впровадження інновацій в сільському господарстві. Розкритопослідовність етапів впровадження інновацій, що є сутністю процесу успішної інноваційної діяльності, в якій технологічне нововведення, його впровадження і поширення тісно взаємозв'язані. Наведено інноваційний потенціал у рослинництві, який грунтується на підвищенні родючості грунту, зростанні урожайності та поліпшенні якості продукції,зниженні витрат енергоресурсів та зменшенні залежності продукції рослинництва від природних факторів, підвищенні ефективності використання зрошувальних і осушених земель, економії трудових і матеріальних витрат, збереженні і поліпшенні екології навколишнього середовища та у галузі тваринництва: максимальне використання біологічного потенціалу вітчизняної та світової селекції, за рахунок ефективного використання кормових угод, ресурсозберігаючих технологій, ефективного використання кадрового потенціалу. Встановлено, що необхідною умовою підвищення ефективності АПК є планування інноваціональної діяльності з урахуванням створення інновацій, їх освоєнняу виробництві та здійснення контролю за виконанням цього процесу.

The study aims to explore the feasibility of implementing innovations in agriculture. It elucidates the sequence of stages in innovation implementation, which is essential for successful innovative activity, wherein technological innovation, its adoption, and dissemination are closely interlinked. Each innovation is succeeded by another, serving to enhance the image of innovativeness and prevent competitors from reducing the agricultural enterprise's profitability through the replication of new products or technologies. The study highlights the innovative potential in crop production, which is based on enhancing soil fertility, increasing yields, improving product quality, reducing energy resource consumption, decreasing dependency on natural factors, enhancing the efficiency of irrigated and drained lands, labor, and material resource savings, and preserving and improving environmental ecology. In the field of animal husbandry, it emphasizes maximizing the biological potential of domestic and global selection through the effective use of feed agreements, resource saving technologies, and efficient utilization of human resources. The study concludes that effective planning of innovative activities, considering the creation of innovations, their adoption in production, and monitoring their implementation, is crucial for enhancing agricultural efficiency. The construction of a scientific support system for agriculture relies on improving organizational forms and creating a mechanism for integrating science and production. The accelerated adoption of scientific and technical achievements in production enables integrated formation in the system of scientific support for agriculture. Successful implementation of innovation policy is contingent upon the formation of legislative and regulatory mechanisms regulating innovation activities in agriculture. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop and adopt state and regional laws and other regulatory documents defining the state's approach to the development of innovative processes in the industry, the responsibilities of state organizations, management, and measures of state support for creating favorable conditions for investing in innovation activities.
