Удосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами з метою підвищення результативності діяльності підприємства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню основних особливостей і підходів до управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств у сучасних умовах, узагальненню проблем управління фінансовими ресурсами в процесі діяльності підприємства. Актуальність теми полягає в тому, що ефективне використання фінансових ресурсів підприємством значно підвищує результативність та прибутковість його діяльності. Об'єктом даного дослідження є процес управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств, який дозволяє керівництву підприємства вирішити проблеми забезпечення достатнім обсягом фінансових ресурсів для ефективного функціонування підприємства та підвищення показників результативності його діяльності. Забезпечення ефективності діяльності підприємства та раціоналізація його фінансового механізму вимагає ефективного управління всіма видами фінансових ресурсів. Ефективність управління фінансовими ресурсами визначається низкою факторів, зокрема наявністю дієвих механізмів управління фінансами підприємства. Одним із способів удосконалення системи управління фінансами підприємства є розробка фінансової стратегії, яка передбачає раціональне використання фінансових ресурсів та здійснює позитивний вплив на прибутковість підприємства. The article defines the main features and approaches to the management of financial resources of enterprises in modern conditions, summarizes the problems of managing financial resources in the process of enterprise activity. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the effective use of financial resources by the enterprise significantly increases the effectiveness and profitability of its activities. The object of this study is the process of managing the financial resources of enterprises, which allows the management of the enterprise to solve the problems of providing a sufficient amount of financial resources for the effective functioning of the enterprise and increasing the indicators of the results of its activity. Ensuring the efficiency of the enterprise and optimizing the financial mechanism of the economic entity requires effective management of all types of financial resources. The effectiveness of managing financial resources is determined by a number of factors, in particular, the presence of effective mechanisms for managing the company's finances. One of the ways to improve this management system is: developing an financial strategy that provides for the rational use of financial sources. Therefore, it has a positive impact on the company's profitability. The system of managing the company's financial resources in modern conditions of macroeconomic instability, exacerbated by the military conflict on the territory of Ukraine, needs transformation, taking into account the instability of attracting sources of such resources, the change in their value over time, as well as the change in the efficiency of the use of financial resources, based on the effectiveness of the company's activities. The system of managing financial resources of the enterprise, which describes the characteristics and sequence of management stages, includes tools for attracting financial resources and an algorithm for their distribution according to individual competing directions of use, needs to be adapted to modern conditions and take into account the peculiarities of the economic activity of domestic enterprises.
