Інформаційна модель забезпечення надійності гідравлічних агрегатів при діагностичній системі технічного обслуговування та ремонту

Abstract

Проведений аналіз способів і методів, які застосовуються для керування параметрами технічного стану агрегатів гідравлічних систем, показав їх низьку ефективність. В роботі визначаються напрямки розвитку технічного сервісу, з'ясування його ролі і місця у причинно-наслідкових зв'язках функціонування агрегатів гідравлічних систем, як об'єкта керування їх технічним станом. До них відносяться дослідження інформаційної моделі функціонування гідроприводу робочого обладнання трактора; розроблення інформаційної моделі функціонування гідроприводу при діагностичній системі технічного обслуговування і ремонту. Встановлено, що для проведення діагностувальних робіт необхідно передбачити забезпеченість виконання основних операцій діагностування необхідними засобами, а відновлення роботоздатного стану гідравлічних агрегатів проводити на спеціалізованих підприємствах з їх технічного сервісу. An analysis of the methods and methods used to control the parameters of the technical condition of hydraulic system components showed that they were of low efficiency. The work determines the directions of development of technical service, ascertaining its role and place in the causal links of the functioning of the units of hydraulic systems as an object of control of their technical condition. These include the study of an information model for the operation of a hydraulic drive of tractor equipment; development of the information model of the operation of the hydraulic drive in the diagnostic system of maintenance and repair. It was established that for conducting diagnostic works it is necessary to provide for ensuring the implementation of basic diagnostic operations by necessary means, and to restore the working state of hydraulic aggregates to specialized enterprises for their technical service.
