Контроль технічного стану агрегатів гідравлічних трансмісій мобільних машин на основі моніторингу рівня чистоти робочої рідини

Abstract

Організаційні та технологічні складові планово-запобіжної системи підтримання та відновлення працездатного стану гідравлічних трансмісій мобільних машин не відповідають сучасним вимогам з забезпечення їх експлуатаційної надійності. Мета роботи полягала в підвищенні надійності агрегатів гідравлічних трансмісій на основі контролю зміни структурних параметрів технічного стану деталей, застосуванням моніторингу рівня чистоти робочої рідини. Поставлена мета досягається розробленням пристрою з визначення кількості механічних домішок в промислових рідинах і їх розмірів, та використанням його в дослідженнях впливу гідроабразивного зношення на структурні параметри технічного стану деталей. Отримані результати зношення деталей дали можливість обґрунтовано визначити їх структурні параметри технічного стану для контролю при прямому діагностуванні. Виявлені функціональні залежності між напрацюванням гідравлічних трансмісій і динамікою зміни зазору в спряженнях вказують на ефективність застосування моніторингу контролю технічного стану робочої рідини для підвищення експлуатаційної надійності аксіально-поршневих агрегатів в складі гідравлічних трансмісій мобільних машин. - The organizational and technological components of the planned and preventive system for maintaining and restoring the working condition of hydraulic transmissions of mobile machines do not meet modern requirements for ensuring their operational reliability. The purpose of the work was to increase the reliability of hydraulic transmission units on the basis of monitoring changes in the structural parameters of the technical condition of parts, using monitoring of the purity level of the working fluid. The goal is achieved by developing a device for determining the amount of mechanical impurities in industrial fluids and their sizes, and using it in studies of the impact of hydroabrasive wear on the structural parameters of the technical condition of parts. The obtained results of the wear of the parts made it possible to reasonably determine their structural parameters of the technical condition for control during direct diagnosis. The identified functional dependencies between the working of hydraulic transmissions and the dynamics of the gap change in couplings indicate the effectiveness of monitoring the technical condition of the working fluid to increase the operational reliability of axial-piston units as part of hydraulic transmissions of mobile machines.
