В статті досліджено інноваційні аспекти антикризового управління фондовою біржею. Також автори відзначають інноваційні складові управління на фондовому ринку, аналіз яких дозволив відокремити сучасні інструменти, що застосовуються при зниженні фінансових ризиків. Зокрема для підвищення результатів біржової діяльності виявлено елементи антикризового управління на фондовій біржі. Антикризові аспекти управління фондовою біржею є важливою частиною забезпечення стабільності фінансових ринків. Ефективна комбінація моніторингу, регуляторних механізмів, комунікації та управління ліквідністю дозволяє знизити вплив кризових явищ і швидко відновити ринок.
