Роль фінансово-економічної безпеки у стабільному розвитку підприємства

Abstract

Фінансово-економічна безпека підприємства є важливим фактором, що визначає його стійкість і здатність до конкуренції в умовах сучасної ринкової економіки. Вміння підприємства своєчасно ідентифікувати внутрішні та зовнішні загрози, аналізувати їхній вплив та розробляти дієві стратегії для їхнього усунення є критичною умовою для забезпечення стабільного розвитку. Основною метою забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки є підтримання стабільної та максимально ефективної роботи підприємства в поточному періоді, а також створення високого потенціалу для його подальшого розвитку. Для повного розуміння фінансово-економічної безпеки необхідно враховувати її ключові функціональні цілі, серед яких: забезпечення високої фінансової ефективності, стійкості та незалежності підприємства; досягнення технологічної незалежності та підвищення конкурентоспроможності технічного потенціалу підприємства; підвищення ефективності управління, оптимізація організаційної структури керівництва; підвищення рівня кваліфікації та інтелектуального потенціалу персоналу тощо. Отже, метою даної статті є дослідження ролі фінансово-економічної безпеки в забезпеченні стабільного розвитку підприємства. Таким чином, питання фінансово-економічної безпеки мають бути в центрі уваги як державних органів, так і наукової спільноти. У цьому напрямі вже зроблено значні кроки як на законодавчому рівні, так і в наукових дослідженнях, спрямованих на створення нових інструментів забезпечення економічної та фінансової безпеки підприємств, а також удосконалення існуючих методів. Тому, як на теоретичному, так і на практичному рівні, зусилля мають бути спрямовані на подолання кризових явищ безпосередньо на підприємствах. У кращому випадку підприємство самостійно вирішує свої проблеми, у гіршому – отримує "допомогу" у вигляді остаточного ускладнення ситуації. Таким чином, підприємства повинні самостійно розробляти стратегії виходу з криз. Найбільш ефективним підходом є запобігання кризам через забезпечення належного рівня фінансової безпеки. Реалізація цих пропозицій щодо підвищення рівня фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства сприятиме його стабільному розвитку. - The financial and economic security of the enterprise is an important factor that determines its stability and ability to compete in the conditions of the modern market economy. The company's ability to timely identify internal and external threats, analyze their impact and develop effective strategies for their elimination is a critical condition for ensuring stable development. The main goal of ensuring financial and economic security is to maintain the stable and maximally efficient operation of the enterprise in the current period, as well as to create a high potential for its further development. For a full understanding of financial and economic security, it is necessary to take into account its key functional goals, including: ensuring high financial efficiency, stability and independence of the enterprise; achieving technological independence and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise's technical potential; improving management efficiency, optimizing the organizational structure of management; improvement of the qualification level and intellectual potential of personnel, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the role of financial and economic security in ensuring the stable development of the enterprise. Thus, issues of financial and economic security should be in the center of attention of both state bodies and the scientific community. In this direction, significant steps have already been taken both at the legislative level and in scientific research aimed at creating new tools for ensuring the economic and financial security of enterprises, as well as improving existing methods. Therefore, both at the theoretical and practical level, efforts should be directed at overcoming crisis phenomena directly at enterprises. In the best case, the company solves its problems on its own, in the worst case, it receives "help" in the form of a final complication of the situation. Thus, enterprises must independently develop crisis recovery strategies. The most effective approach is to prevent crises by ensuring an adequate level of financial security. The implementation of these proposals to increase the level of financial and economic security of the enterprise will contribute to its stable development.
