Інформаційна складова інноваційної підтримки підприємств аграрного сектору економіки

Abstract

В умовах глобалізації та сучасної економіки знань ефективність інновацій залежить від всебічної та якісної інформаційної підтримки на усіх етапах їх впровадження. Метою дослідження є встановлення та обґрунтування взаємозв’язків, що виникають між інформаційною складовою інновацій та видами капіталу підприємства, з урахуванням специфіки сільськогосподарської діяльності. Обґрунтовано, що аграрним підприємствам доречно спрямовувати інновації на модернізацію капіталу як базису для зростання обсягів і покращення якості продукції, зниження собівартості виробництва, мінімізації шкоди навколишньому середовищу, організації переробки сільськогосподарської сировини. Визначено, що будь-яка інновація складається з матеріальної основи та інформаційної складової. Остання особливо актуальна в раціональному господарюванні у прийнятті рішень про автономне чи системне впровадження інновацій. Запропоновано схему комплексної інноваційної підтримки по видах та джерелах капіталу підприємства. Аграрним підприємствам з виробництва зерна та продукції свинарства надано рекомендації щодо використання інформаційної складової інновацій. In a globalized and modern knowledge economy, the effectiveness of innovation depends on comprehensive and high-quality information support at all stages of their implementation. The experience of advanced enterprises shows that innovative modernization of capital for agrarian enterprises is an important factor in their competitiveness in the world agrarian markets. The purpose of the study is to establish and justify the relationships that arise between the information component of innovation and the types of enterprise capital, taking into account the specifics of agricultural activity. It is grounded that it is appropriate for agrarian enterprises to direct innovations for modernization of capital as a basis for growth of volumes and improvement of product quality, reduction of production cost, minimization of environmental damage, organization of agricultural raw material processing. It is determined that any innovation consists of a material basis and an information component. The information component is especially relevant in the rational management in making decisions about the autonomous or systematic introduction of innovations. The scheme of complex innovative support by types and sources of enterprise capital has been offered. It is proposed, for example, in the sectors of grain production and pig farming, the most promising information components of innovation in relation to the types of capital. In Ukraine, grain production is traditionally an export industry. In order to increase the quality of grain production and its export, it is expedient for enterprises to focus on the development and attraction of intellectual and fixed capital. Also, grain producers should take into account the social aspect of their activities, that is to worry about the environmental consequences, without allowing excessive chemicalization and depletion of the soil. In pig breeding, innovations in equity should be aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs, in particular the introduction of new production and marketing technologies, the creation and use of various databases, the introduction of professional and free software, and the training of employees. The implementation of innovations aimed at solving the problems of air pollution, water, soil with waste is also relevant. On the basis of the analysis of the use of innovations in grain production and pig farming, one can find common features for the attracted capital in the form of leasing and leasing for fixed capital, lending – for advancing circulating, franchising – for intellectual, outsourcing – for human, crowdsourcing and branding – for social capital. The prospect of raising funds for grain growers is the futures agreement. Investors of pork producers may be processing enterprises when concluding long-term contracts.
