Використання стратегічних інструментів менеджменту під час планування діяльності аграрних підприємств

Abstract

Стаття присвячена процесу використання стратегічних інструментів менеджменту в процесі планування та діагностики напрямків роботи аграрних підприємств в кризових умовах господарювання. Наведено основні особливості сільськогосподарського виробництва як об’єкта стратегічного управління, які необхідно враховувати при розробці стратегій. Визначено окремі чинники, що впливають на планування напрямків роботи аграрних підприємств. Розглянуто етапи формулювання стратегічної поведінки агропідприємств при плануванні їх роботи. Проведено групування методичних інструментів за етапами стратегічного аналізу та діагностики діяльності агропідприємств щодо розробки стратегії. Наведено механізм стратегічного управління агропідприємствами за допомогою відповідного методичного інструментарію. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання певних інструментів стратегічного планування виробничо-економічної та збутової діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств в умовах кризи.

The article is devoted to the process of using strategic tools of management in the process of planning and diagnosing the trends of agrarian enterprises in crisis conditions of management. The main features of agricultural production as an object of strategic management are considered, which must be taken into account when developing strategies. Determine the individual factors that influence the planning of agrarian enterprises. Studied the methods and approaches to strategic management in the development of a strategic plan of activity of enterprises. The mechanism of strategic management of agro enterprises with the help of appropriate methodical tools is given. The stages of formulation of strategic behavior of agro enterprises in the planning of their work are considered. A grouping of methodological tools was conducted during the stages of strategic analysis and diagnostics of the activities of agro enterprises in the development of the strategy. The necessity of using certain tools of strategic planning of production, economic and marketing activities of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of the crisis is substantiated. It is proved that the process of strategic planning at enterprises should be phased, to combine the processes of development and implementation of strategies, to base their assessment on agricultural production reserves, forecasting and prediction with appropriate adjustment of planned indicators, depending on the scenario of the development of events, to take into account the influence of the factors of the internal and external environment. In order to achieve the set goals and to solve problems, it is expedient to apply the strategy of long-term development based on the use strategic management tools to the managers of agro enterprises. It has been established that when developing the strategies of enterprises, it is necessary to combine both quantitative and qualitative approaches and methodical tools of strategic analysis and planning. Using modern strategic management tools will allow agrarian enterprises to choose a strategy that will determine ways to improve their management.
