Особливості післязбиральної обробки насіння промислових конопель

Abstract

Вченими Інституту луб’яних культур Національної академії аграрних наук України та Дніпровського державного аграрно-економічного університету з 2018 року ведуться дослідження впливу післязбиральної обробки та умов зберігання на якість насіння промислових конопель і продуктів його переробки. Виробники конопляної олії та обрушеного насіння відзначають, що насіння конопель нестабільне при зберіганні, а саме спостерігають прогіркання та окислення жирів, що містяться в ньому. Очевидною є недосконалість технології зберігання насіння промислових конопель, тому дослідження параметрів цього процесу є актуальними. Всі технологічні стадії (збирання, очищення, сушіння, транспортування та інші операції), які відбуваються з насінням з моменту його зняття зі стебла, негативно впливають на його якість. Метою дослідження є аналіз фізико-хімічних показників насіння промислових конопель на стадіях «зі стебла», «з бункера зернозбирального комбайна», «після первинної очистки на зерноочисній машині ОВС-25», «після сушіння на стаціонарній зерносушарці», «після сортування на машині PETKUS К531 GIGANT» для встановлення впливу цих технологічних процесів на якість насіння. Об’єктом дослідження є насіння промислових конопель сорту Гляна (вміст тетрагідраканабінолу 0 %), універсального напрямку використання. Визначення фізико-хімічних показників якості насіння конопель було проведено згідно діючих нормативних документів. Після проведених досліджень можна зазначити, що спосіб збирання насіння конопель впливає на зміну фізико-хімічних показників. Since 2018 scientists from the Institute of Bast Cultures of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and the Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University have been studying the effects of post-harvest processing and storage conditions on the quality of industrial hemp seeds and their products. Manufacturers of hemp oil and crumbled seeds notice that hemp seeds are unstable when stored, namely observe the stifling and oxidation of fats contained in it. The imperfection of storage technology of the industrial hemp seeds is obvious, so the study of the parameters of this process is relevant. All technological processes (harvesting, cleaning, drying, transportation and other operations) that occur with the seeds from the moment they are removed from the stem, negatively affect their quality. The purpose of the research is to analyze physical and chemical parameters of industrial hemp seeds in the stages "from the stem", "from the hopper of the combine harvester", "after the initial cleaning on the grain cleaning machine OVS-25", "after drying in the stationary grain dryer", "after sorting by machine PETKUS K531 GIGANT "to determine the impact of these technological processes on seeds quality. The object of the research is industrial hemp seeds of the variety Glyana (the content of tetrahydracanabinol is 0%), the universal direction of use. The determination of physical and chemical parameters of the quality of hemp seeds was carried out in accordance with current normative documents. After research it can be noted that the method of hemp seeds harvesting affects the change in physical and chemical parameters. Thus, the indicator of the moisture content of the seeds harvested by hand and the seeds harvested by combine differed by 2.5 %.
