Дефініція контролю, як наукової категорії

Abstract

Досліджено наукові підходи до визначення та сутності контролю, виявлено необхідність надати просте, зрозуміле, стисле визначення, яке повністю охарактеризує контроль та узагальнить характеристики контролю, що визначають його як наукову категорію. За результатами дослідження, узагальнюючи думки вчених щодо тлумачення поняття "контроль", визначено значні узагальнені риси, які притаманні цій категорії: нагляд, спостереження, перевірка; ефективне управління; досягнення визначеної мети. Усі інші аспекти поняття "контроль" є похідними від визначених узагальнених рис, які більш детальніше розкривають сутність контролю, але не надають поняттю нового змісту. Представлено удосконалене визначення поняття "контроль". Наведено узагальнене стисле визначення охоплює в собі усі аспекти сутності контролю і характеризує контроль незалежно від його форми і виду. Зібрано воєдино характеристики контролю, що визначають його як наукову категорію, та представлено їх стисле визначення з метою розуміння вказаних характеристик у контексті контролю. The existing scientific approaches to the definition and essence of control have been studied, the necessity to give a simple, clear and short definition to characterize and generalize the features of control as a scientific category have been proved. Basing on the results of research and taking into account different points of view of the scientists to the definition of the given term "control", the general characteristics of the particular category have been defined including: supervision, observation, checking; effective management, achieving goals. All the other aspects of the concept "control" are derivative from the given general characteristics which describe the essence of control but do not provide the new meaning to the concept. The improved definition of the term "control" has been presented. The brief generalized definition includes all aspects of the essence of control independently of its type and method. All characteristics of control have been generalized to define the given concept as a scientific category and the brief definitions have been presented in the context of control.
