Реінжиніринг — інноваційний інструмент перебудови управлінських рішень

Abstract

У статті досліджено реінжиніринг як інноваційний інструмент перебудови управлінських рішень. Встановлено, що в умовах сьогодення реінжинірингом називають інноваційний підхід, який має на меті реалізацію змін на підприємстві з метою підвищення ефективності виробництва та швидкості реакції підприємства на зміни ринкової кон'юнктури. Визначено, що реінжиніринг характеризується здійсненням реструктуризаційних змін за рахунок їх тісного зв'язку. Проаналізовано взаємодію методики та підходів у процесі інноваційної перебудови управлінських рішень підприємства, а також визначено ключові аспекти реінжинірингу. В ході дослідження обгрунтовано найбільш актуальні завдання реінжинірингу. Також визначено, що головною перевагою в застосуванні реінжинірингу на підприємстві є можливість його самовдосконалення і розвитку, тому що реінжиніринг — це завжди інноваційний процес, здатний радикально підвищити ефективність управлінських рішень. The article reviews reengineering as an innovative tool for restructuring management decisions. It has been established that in today's reengineering, an innovative approach is used, which aims to implement changes in the enterprise in order to increase the efficiency of production and the speed of the company's reaction to changes in market conditions. It is determined that reengineering is characterized by the implementation of restructuring changes due to their close connection. The interaction of methods and approaches in the process of innovative restructuring of management decisions of the enterprise is analyzed, as well as the key aspects of reengineering are determined. The research substantiates the most urgent tasks of reengineering. It is also determined that the main advantage in applying reengineering in an enterprise is the possibility of its self-improvement and development, because reengineering is always an innovative process that can radically increase the efficiency of management decisions.
