Сутність фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства та необхідність її забезпечення

Abstract

В статті проведено аналіз існуючих точок зору щодо трактування змісту поняття «фінансова безпека». Запропоновано під сутністю «фінансово-економічна безпека підприємства» розуміти стан захищеності його ресурсів, фактичного виробничого та інтелектуального потенціалу від потенційних загроз зовнішнього і внутрішнього середовища за допомогою інструментів, методів, важелів та системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення та необхідність її забезпечення. Встановлено, що метою фінансово-економічної безпеки виступає гарантування фінансової стійкості та максимально ефективного функціонування підприємства у поточному періоді та високий потенціал розвитку у майбутньому, головною умовою якого є здатність протистояти існуючим негативним зовнішнім та внутрішнім факторам, виникаючим небезпекам та загрозам, які здатні завдати збитків підприємству. Визначено основні завдання управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства. Окреслено основні етапи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства. There are analyzed existing points of view regarding the interpretation meaning of "financial security" in the article. Offered under the essence the financial-economic security understand the state of protection of its resources, the actual production and intellectual potential from potential threats of internal and external environment using tools, methods, lever and system of information and analytical supports and the need of its providing. Established that the purpose of financial security acts the guarantee of financial stability and the most efficient operation of the enterprise in the current period and high development potential in the future; the main condition of which is the ability to resist existing negative external and internal factors, emerging threats and dangers that are able to cause damage to the enterprise. The main task of managing the financial and economic security of the enterprise is identified. The basic steps to ensure financial and economic security of the enterprise are outlined.
