Оценка эффективности управления деятельностью кооперативных предприятий

Abstract

Ефективність виробництва – це складна економічна категорія, в ній відображається дія багатьох еконо-мічних законів і показується одна з найважливіших сторін суспільного виробництва – його результатив-ність. Форми прояву ефективності можна згрупувати по функціональних підсистемах, тобто оцінка ефективності базується на якомусь показнику (технологічна, економічна, соціальна та інші підсистеми). У статті проведено аналіз процесу формування механізму управління ефективністю діяльності кооперативного підприємства. Досліджено структуру організаційно-економічного механізму управління ефективністю діяльності кооперативних підприємств. Виявлено вплив зовнішніх факторів на успішне здійснення бізнесової діяльності кооперативу. Визначено питому вагу кооперативних об’єднань в загальній кількості сільськогосподарських підприємств України. Рішення проблеми збільшення виробництва сіль-ськогосподарської продукції і поліпшення її якості вимагає радикальних перетворень економічних від-носин, прискорення науково-технічного прогресу і соціально-економічного розвитку села. Production efficiency is a complex economic category. It displays the action of many economic laws and shows one of the most important aspects of social production - its performance. Manifestations of efficiency can be grouped into functional subsystems, ie performance evaluation is based on some indicator (technological, economic, social and other subsystems). Manifestations of efficiency can be grouped as follows: into the functional subsystems; according to the level of the sectoral makeup of national economy; based on display of costs, for example, cost efficiency of labor or productive efficiency are evaluated; according to the form of identification. Enhancement of the productive efficiency depends on a set of permanent factors and a number of features of the present stage of economic development of the society. On the one hand, the need to improve the economic efficiency is caused by the limited increase in certain types of resources, changes in the cost of factors of production, increase in the market demand in domestic production and increased requirements for the product quality. On the other hand, at the present stage of the development of society the opportunities to increase economic efficiency of the society are expanding. This article describes the analysis of process for cooperative enterprise performance management mechanism formation. The structure of organizational and economic mechanism of cooperative enterprise performance management is investigated. Solving the problem of increasing agricultural production and improving its quality requires radical transformations in economic relations, accelerating scientific and technological progress and the socio-economic development of the countryside. The influence of external factors on the successful execution of business activities of a cooperative is found out. A relative share of cooperative associations in the overall number of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine is determined.
