Диверсифікація основних напрямків державного регулювання в АПК

Abstract

У зв'язку з посиленням конкурентних засад в сільському господарстві країни на провідний план виходять стійкість положення підприємства на ринку сільгосппродуктів, конкурентоспроможність, економічна ефективність і ефективність. Постійний пошук раціональної моделі виживання і подальшого розвитку сільськогосподарського підприємства в умовах мінливості кон'юнктури в частині купівельного попиту і освоєння вигідних товарних ніш на ринку сільгосппродуктів обумовлює зростання ролі диверсифікації виробництва як фактору протистояння ринковим катаклізмам, коливаням купівельного попиту. Правильне формування стратегії і тактики сільськогосподарського підприємства визначає тип диверсифікації, особливості спеціалізації, концентрації та інтенсифікації виробництва. Разом з тим у вітчизняній теорії управління та економіки проблеми диверсифікації поки ще залишаються недостатньо дослідженими, що не дозволяє в максимальному ступені реалізувати резерви її ефективності в аграрному виробництві. У статті аналізуються переваги стратегій диверсифікації для зниження ризиків, зокрема, агропідприємств в умовах дії правил і в цілому висока нестабільність сучасної економічної ситуації в Україні. Запропоновано заходи щодо посилення ефектів диверсифікації. In connection with the strengthening of competitive principles in the country's agriculture, the stability of the company's position in the market of agricultural products, competitiveness, economic efficiency and effectiveness come to the fore. The constant search for a rational model of survival and further development of agricultural enterprises in a volatile environment in terms of consumer demand and development of profitable niches in the market of agricultural products leads to an increasing role of production diversification as a factor in resisting market cataclysms, fluctuations in consumer demand. The correct formation of the strategy and tactics of the agricultural enterprise determines the type of diversification, features of specialization, concentration and intensification of production. At the same time, in the domestic theory of management and economics, the problems of diversification still remain insufficiently studied, which does not allow to realize the reserves of its efficiency in agricultural production to the maximum extent. The article analyzes the advantages of diversification strategies to reduce risks, in particular, of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of the rules and in general the high instability of the current economic situation in Ukraine. Measures to enhance the effects of diversification are proposed.
