Лексична синоніміка в сучасній українській жіночій прозі (функціонально-семантичний аспект)

Abstract

Дисертація є першим комплексним дослідженням лексичних синонімів – складників художнього дискурсу сучасної української жіночої прози, уведених до поля семантичного, лінгвостилістичного, лінгвопрагматичного аналізу. Наукова новизна дисертаційної праці полягає в тому, що в ній уперше в лінгвоукраїністиці комплексно досліджено лексичну синоніміку в сучасній українській жіночій прозі, унаслідок чого з’ясовано семантичні, лінгвостилістичні й лінгвопрагматичні особливості узуальних, контекстуальних та оказіональних синонімів. Уперше обґрунтовано поняття синонімів, що, функціонуючи як індивідуально-авторські словозближення, у художньому дискурсі виконують роль лексем, прагмем і конотатем; систематизовано лексичні синоніми за функціонально-семантичними класами й функціонально-семантичними групами; здійснено комплексний функціонально-стилістичний аналіз лексичних синонімів; виявлено й усебічно описано семантико-прагматичні ознаки лексичних синонімів у художньому дискурсі сучасних українських письменниць. This thesis is the first complex research of lexical synonyms as components of the artistic discourse of modern Ukrainian female prose introduced into the field of semantic, linguistic and stylistic, linguistic and pragmatic analysis. The scientific novelty of the dissertation is that for the first time in linguistic and Ukrainian studies the lexical synonymy in modern Ukrainian female prose is comprehensively explored, as a result of which the semantic, linguistic and stylistic and linguistic and pragmatic features of usual, contextual and occasional synonyms are clarified. For the first time, the notion of such synonyms, which function as individually-authorial word-approximations and play the role of lexemes, pragmemes and connotatemes in artistic discourse is substantiated. The practical value of the dissertation is determined by the fact that the principles grounded in this research can be used to create new scientific papers on synonym studies, semantics, stylistics of the Ukrainian language or can be applied while developing special courses and seminars on linguistics of literary text, discourse, linguistics. The study proves that in the analyzed works lexical synonyms, which express the idiolects of modern Ukrainian female prose writers and constitute a set of expressive and imaging marking means of their language creation, represent a number of semantic, linguistic-stylistic, linguistic pragmatic categories. Which allows interpreting them not only in the functional-semantic context but also within linguostylistics and linguopragmatics. Modern Ukrainian female prose in Ukrainian literature is the latest holistic socio-cultural phenomenon is represented by the works of such authors as Emma Andiievska, Sophiia Andrukhovych, Nina Bichui, Maryna Hrymych, Liuko Dashvar, Oksana Zabuzhko, Kateryna Kalytko, Irena Karpa, Yevhenii Kononenko, Maria Matios, Halyna Pahutiak, Svitlana Pyrkalo, Iren Rozdobudko and others. The artistic discourse of modern Ukrainian female prose is the embodiment of a verbal message that represents the collective worldview of the addressees of one epoch, ethnocultural mentality, gender, through which it unites literature in a linguistic and artistic sense into a holistic literary phenomenon. Modern Ukrainian female prose contains a kind of discursive markers such as lexical synonyms, through which the authors appeal to the reader, and the reader performs the act of reading, understanding and interpretation. The lexical synonymy of modern Ukrainian female prose is considered as a set of close-meaning words, which is framed in systemic groups such as functional-semantic classes and functional-semantic groups. In the dissertation it is proved that word convergences appear in the literary text because of the special purpose, the purpose set by the authors, therefore they become striking representatives of idiolects of separate masters of prose, globally to genderlect of modern Ukrainian female writers. Genderlect in modern Ukrainian female prose at the lexical synonymic level can be traced in the constant use of contextual synonyms, which are much more fully represented in abstract vocabulary than specific, at the level of metaphorical meanings compared to direct, in emotionally expressive, evaluative, stylistically colored. In the dissertation a detailed analysis of lexical synonyms is carried out, which in the artistic discourse of modern Ukrainian female prose perform a number of basic and additional functions, among which are: functions of differentiation, substitution, aesthetics, synonymic opposition, etc. The linguopragmatic potential of lexical synonyms that function as contextual and associative word convergences is studied. Linguopragmatic analysis of various synonyms with the identification of pragmatic and connotative components in the structures of their lexical meanings is carried out. Contextual synonyms can relay additional information about the situation of communication and verbal personality, in particular, contain the indication of age, social status, gender of the addressee of artistic discourse. Additional information on the gender of the writer is enshrined in the semantic structure of contextual synonyms as gender pragmeme. It is found that contextual synonyms in the artistic discourse of female prose are representatives of different connotations. Emotional, evaluative and expressive information is concentrated in the connotative component of the meaning of contextual synonyms in the form of connotations of the same name. It is substantiated that common, contextual and occasional synonyms are one of the most striking features of the language style of modern Ukrainian female writers. Using lexical synonyms in different contexts, prose female writers always carefully weigh the semantic nuances and semantic-pragmatic potential of each word, thus achieving the expressiveness, sophistication and high aesthetic value of their literature. The main theoretical provisions and practical results of the study were discussed at the meetings of the Department of the Ukrainian Language of Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, as well as presented in reports delivered at 7 International scientific and scientific and practical conferences. The results of the research are presented in 19 individual published papers, including 11 articles in professional scientific publications of Ukraine, 2 publications in foreign publications, 6 publications issued in collections of scientific papers and conference proceedings.
