Теоретичні аспекти формування методики визначення показників ефективності виробництва і реалізації зерна

Abstract

У статті досліджено основні теоретико-методичні підходи до оцінювання економічної ефективності виробництва та реалізації зерна в сучасних умовах господарювання, оскільки наразі це набуває особливо важливого значення, адже агропромислові підприємства прагнуть не тільки задовільнити потреби споживачів, а й знизити необгрунтовані витрати своїх ресурсів під час збереження якості продукції. Розглянуто системи взаємопов'язаних показників та їх класифікацій, що забезпечують порівнянність витрат, які понесені на виробництво продукції з кінцевими результатами роботи та за допомогою яких більш ефективно і об'єктивно відображається рівень економічної ефективності сільськогосподарського виробництва в колективних, державних і міжгосподарських підприємствах і об'єднаннях. Доведено, що зернова галузь виступає базою та джерелом сталого розвитку більшості галузей агропромислового виробництва, основою аграрного експорту і запорукою продовольчої безпеки держави.

The article deals with the main theoretical and methodical approaches to the estimation of the economic efficiency of grain production and sale, since in today's economic conditions the study of this topic becomes of particular importance, since the main aspirations of agro-industrial enterprises are to achieve maximum results in minimizing costs and reduce unreasonable resource losses and reduce the cost of production while maintaining its quality. In order to assess the economic efficiency of agricultural production, use a number of relevant criteria and a system of interrelated indicators that should ensure the comparability of costs incurred for the production of products with the end result of work. To date, there is no single definite system of indicators, as well as their classification, on the basis of which a detailed analysis of the economic efficiency of economic entities can be carried out, therefore the system considers the systems of interconnected indicators and their classifications, by means of which it is more efficient and ' The level of economic efficiency of agricultural production in collective, state and inter-farm enterprises and associations is clearly reflected. It is proved that the grain industry serves as the basis and source of sustainable development of most branches of agro-industrial production, the basis of agricultural exports, which should meet the needs of domestic demand and ensure the growth of export potential, and the guarantee of food security of the state. But in order to ensure profitability of the grain industry and bring it to the appropriate level, agricultural producers need financial support from the state, whatever they want to buy the latest high-quality machinery and equipment; the purchase of high-yielding, resistant against diseases of varieties of sowing material; studying and applying new technologies for growing crops; development, research and scientific substantiation of programs for the production and sale of grain that could really work in modern economic conditions.
