Репродуктивна функція у овець і кіз за дефіциту вітаміну А

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню питань етіопатогенезу порушень репродуктивної функції в овець і кіз, розробленню способів діагностики, профілактики та терапії. Виявлено особливості прояву репродуктивної функції в овець і кіз дослідних господарств, визначено причини її порушення та механізми розвитку. Розроблено комп’ютерні програми діагностики гіпогонадизму та гіполютеолізу у овець і кіз, оцінки стану плодів в анте– та інтранатальний періоди, прогнозування перебігу родового процесу і визначення клінічного стану новонароджених ягнят та козенят, які дають змогу одержати об’єктивну інформацію та своєчасно здійснити відповідні заходи. Доведено терапевтичну ефективність розроблених комплексних програм лікування овець і кіз з гіпогонадизмом та гіполютеолізом, профілактики ембріо–, фето– та плацентопатій, інтра– та постнатальних патологій, підвищення життєздатності новонароджених ягнят та козенят. This is devoted to the study of the issues of etiopathogenesis of reproductive function disorders in sheep and goats, development of methods of diagnosis, prevention and therapy. The features of manifestation of reproductive function in sheep and goats of experimental farms are revealed, causes of its violation and mechanisms of development are determined. Computer programs for the diagnosis of hypogonadism and hy-poluteolysis in sheep and goats, the evaluation of the condition of the fruits in the ante and intranatal periods, the prognostication of the neonatal process of the genital process and the determination of the clinical status of the newborn lambs and goats, which make it possible obtain objective information and timely follow-up. The therapeutic efficacy of developed comprehensive programs for the treatment of sheep and goats with hypogonadism and hypoluteolysis, prevention of embryo, feto-and placental pathologies, in-the-post and postnatal pathologies, and increasing the viability of newly-born lambs and goats are proved.
