Антикризове управління як елемент удосконалення системи економічної безпеки в сучасних умовах

Abstract

Стаття присвячена доволі актуальній темі, а саме перспективі діяльності підприємств в розрізі запровадження антикризового механізму, як елементу підвищення ефективності функціонування рівня економічної безпеки. З огляду на багатовекторний спектр негативних аспектів, які стимулюють кризові стани як в державній економіці в цілому, так і в окремо взятому господарюючому суб’єкті. З огляду на це, доводі актуальним постає питання стосовно запровадження дієвих антикризових механізмів, як стабілізаторів та елементів підвищення рівня стійкості економічної безпеки. Зміст статті розкриває класифікаційні особливості кризових явищ та основний характер їх виникнення. З огляду на аналіз останніх подій в країні, було розроблено та представлено механізм антикризового управління, як елемент виходу з кризового стану та підвищення рівня економічної безпеки підприємства. The article is devoted to a rather topical topic, namely, the perspective of enterprises in terms of the introduction of an anti-crisis mechanism, as an element of increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the level of economic security. Given the multi-vector spectrum of negative aspects that stimulate crisis situations both in the state economy as a whole and in an individual business entity. In view of this, the question of introducing effective anti-crisis mechanisms as stabilizers and elements of increasing the level of stability of economic security. The content of the article reveals the classification features of crisis phenomena and the main nature of their occurrence. It should be noted that the economic security of the enterprise is an established mechanism for conducting the financial and economic activities of the enterprise through ensuring compliance with the conditions of optimal creation, production, sales, reporting and preservation of the commercial secret of the enterprise. It is logical to say that when difficulties arise in the global economy, both large and small farms gradually begin to suffer. The level of economic security begins to decrease, solvency and profitability fall, which ultimately leads to a decrease in the level of profitability of the enterprise. This trend indicates the need for immediate implementation of anti-crisis measures to maintain a satisfactory level of economic security. Based on the material presented above, we believe that the chosen topic is relevant and requires further consideration and detailed research. Based on the detailed analysis, a mechanism of anti-crisis management was developed as an element of exiting the crisis state and increasing the level of economic security of the enterprise. In the conclusion, it is appropriate to note that the proposed anti-crisis management mechanism will increase the level of development of the enterprise. This concept will be effective for stabilizing the level of economic security. The anti-crisis mechanism, as an element of rehabilitation policy, can be used both in a crisis situation and as an element of crisis prevention in general.
