The role of innovative technologies in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise

Abstract

To establish the reasons for the slowdown of the innovation process in Ukraine and the Ukrainian peculiarities of this process in providing competitive advantage. To develop a conceptual model of the impact of information technology on the formation of competitive advantages. The research uses general and special methods of cognition: content analysis for an analytical review of the literature, identifying unresolved aspects of the problem; induction and deduction to establish conditions for formation of a positive impact of innovations on competitiveness; system analysis to establish the reasons for slowing down the innovation process; going from the abstract to the concrete to establish why changes in sustainable development do not outweigh the costs of innovation in Ukraine; idealization to establish new opportunities that open innovations for Economy 4.0; modeling for the development of scheme support system for management decisions regarding innovations and the conceptual model of algorithm of the intelligent system support and decision-making regarding operational and strategic management of innovation process. The following was established: the nature of the relationship between the introduction of innovations and the acquisition of competitive advantages; conditions for the formation of the positive impact of innovation on competitiveness; reasons for slowing down the innovation process. It is stated that the application of the latest technologies opens new opportunities for gaining competitive advantages. These opportunities were stratifi ed depending on the impact on competitiveness. It is substantiated that innovations serve not only as a tool to increase competitiveness, but also contribute to the movement towards Economy 4.0. Tools for coordination of operational and strategic management of innovations were proposed. An algorithm of the conceptual model of the innovation decision-making system was developed for the eff ective implementation of strategic management. The developed approaches to support management decisions of the innovation process can increase the efficiency of introducing innovation at enterprises. Встановити причини уповільнення інноваційного процесу в Україні та українські особливості цього процесу щодо забезпечення конкурентних переваг. Розробити концептуальну модель впливу інформаційних технологій на формування конкурентних переваг. У дослідженні використовуються загальні та спеціальні методи пізнання: контент-аналіз для аналітичного огляду літератури, виявлення невирішених сторін проблеми; індукція та дедукція для створення умов для формування позитивного впливу інновацій на конкурентоспроможність; системний аналіз для встановлення причин уповільнення інноваційного процесу; переходячи від абстрактного до конкретного, щоб з’ясувати, чому зміни у сталому розвитку не переважають витрати на інновації в Україні; ідеалізація для створення нових можливостей, які відкривають інновації для економіки 4.0; моделювання для розробки схемної системи підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень щодо інновацій та концептуальної моделі алгоритму підтримки інтелектуальної системи та прийняття рішень щодо оперативно-стратегічного управління інноваційним процесом. Встановлено: характер зв’язку між впровадженням інновацій та набуттям конкурентних переваг; умови формування позитивного впливу інновацій на конкурентоспроможність; причини гальмування інноваційного процесу. Зазначається, що застосування новітніх технологій відкриває нові можливості для отримання конкурентних переваг. Ці можливості були стратифіковані залежно від впливу на конкурентоспроможність. Обґрунтовано, що інновації служать не лише інструментом підвищення конкурентоспроможності, а й сприяють руху до економіки 4.0. Запропоновано інструменти координації оперативного та стратегічного управління інноваціями. Алгоритм роботи розроблено концептуальну модель системи прийняття інноваційних рішень для ефективної реалізації стратегічного управління. Розроблені підходи до підтримки управлінських рішень інноваційним процесом дозволяють підвищити ефективність впровадження інновацій на підприємствах.
