Ключові чинники інноваційно технологічної модернізації агробізнесу

Abstract

Визначено та класифіковано найбільш вагомі чинники інноваційно-технологічної модернізації агробізнесу. Встановлено, що економіка України потребує кардинальних змін у напрямку інвестиційного розвитку, адже країна недосить приваблива для інвесторів через її низькі рейтинги кредитування, інвестицій та війну. Проаналізовано динаміку капітальних інвестицій, обсягів експорту сільськогосподарської продукції та показники оновлення основних засобів агровиробництва. Доведено, що модернізація агробізнесу залежить підвищення рівня економічної свободи, формування внутрішнього попиту на інтелект та знання, а також переосмислення значення інноваційної культури. Наоснові запропонованого групування ключових чинників інноваційно-технологічної модернізації агробізнесу сформовано умови його розвитку в інноваційній економіці. Окреслено головні критерії інноваційної культури, як важлиLвого тренду сучасного менеджменту. Обгрунтовано напрями впливу ключових чинників на адаптування прогресивних технологій в агровиробництві. It is established that Ukraine's economy requires fundamental changes in the direction of investment development, as the country is not extremely attractive to investors due to its low credit and investment ratings and the beginning of the war. The most important factors of innovation and technological modernization of agribusiness are identified and categorized. Due to the unavailability of effective financial instruments to control the investment activity of the researched industry, its entities are actually deprived of tools to solve financial problems, improve the material and technical baseand increase capital investments. Today, the problem lies in the country's unstable economic development and the effects of the war, which have disrupted logistics, caused a significant outflow of labor, a rapid decline in incomes, and exacerbated internal and external risks and threats. Crisis situations are often overcome through the renewal or modernization of innovation culture. In Ukraine, in the prewar period, it was actively gaining ground and was designed to provide a receptive environment for innovation at the enterprise. Its main criteria should be high social responsibility of business, efficiency, dynamism, and adaptability of agribusiness to consumer needs. The use of foreign experience of innovation culture in an adapted form will help to increase production efficiency. The dynamics of capital investments, volumes of agricultural exports and indicators of renewal of fixed assets involved in agricultural production are analyzed. Based on the proposed grouping of key factors of innovation and technological modernization, the conditions for the development of agribusiness in the innovation economy are formed. After analyzing the possibilities of influence of key factors on the adaptation of advanced technologies in agricultural production, the directions in which it is advisable to make changes in the first place are proposed. Innovation culture is becoming one of the most important trends in modern management in developed countries. Its main criteria should be high social responsibility of business, efficiency, dynamism, and adaptability of agricultural production to consumer needs. The use of foreign experience of innovative culture in an adapted form will help to increase production efficiency.
