Пріоритети міжнародного співробітництва України у сфері цифрового високотехнологічного бізнесу

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасні проблеми та перспективи міжнародного співробітництва України у сфері цифрового високотехнологічного бізнесу, який забезпечує розвиток передових галузей економіки та визначає пріоритетний вектор інноваційної діяльності країни. Розкрито вплив інтеграційних процесів на діяльність суб’єктів високотехнологічного бізнесу. Визначено основні напрями удосконалення міжнародного співробітництва в сфері цифрового високотехнологічного бізнесу та пріоритетні заходи щодо розвитку ІТ-системи. Доведено, що цифровізація інноваційної діяльності суб’єктів високотехнологічного бізнесу в Україні на засадах ІТ-системи дозволяє інтегрувати галузі національної економіки у світовий ринок товарів і послуг. Розроблено алгоритм активізації Digital-стратегії та просування інноваційних продуктів високотехнологічного бізнесу країни. Обґрунтовано етапи цифровізації високотехнологічного бізнесу, реалізація яких забезпечить трансформацію інноваційної діяльності через ІТ-систему. The article analyzes modern problems and prospects of Ukraine's international cooperation in the field of digital high-tech business, which ensures the development of advanced sectors of the economy and determines the priority vector of innovative activity in the country and in the world. The impact of integration processes on the activities of high-tech business entities is revealed. The main areas of improvement of international cooperation in the field of digital high-tech business and the priority measures of the IT system have been determined, which requires the active intervention of partner countries in this process. It has been proven that the digitalization of the innovative activities of high-tech business entities in Ukraine on the basis of the IT system allows for the integration of any branch of production and services into the global market. The transformation of a high-tech business system into an IT system demonstrates an increase in the efficiency of the trade network when subjects interact in a competitive environment. It is substantiated that the high cost of developing new products and the shortening of innovation cycles have conditioned high-tech business entities in Ukraine to implement larger scales of production and services in order to cover large innovative investments and enter global markets. It is proposed to create conditions for the development of international cooperation in Ukraine on the basis of startups and small knowledge-intensive enterprises, with the aim of implementing effective financial mechanisms that will stimulate the development of high-tech products and ensure the protection of intellectual property rights at an appropriate level. The potential of domestic high-tech business entities facilitates their participation in international innovation and technological cooperation. The scheme for activating the Digital strategy in the digitalized economy and promoting innovative products of high-tech business in the country is presented. Effective stages of digitization of high-tech business with characteristic integration processes in Ukraine, which will allow transformation of innovative activity through the IT system, are given.
