Abstract

Встановлено, що одним з інструментів управління, який надає сільськогосподарським підприємствам можливості поліпшення обслуговування клієнтів, зниження витрат, підвищення ефективності та концентрації основного виду діяльності, уникнення додаткових інвестицій, зниження ризиків є аутсорсинг. На відміну від послуг щодо підтримки бізнесAпроцесів, які мають разовий характер, на аутсорсинг передаються функції з професійної підтримки безперервного функціонування окремих систем й інфраструктури підприємства, укладаючи довгострокові угоди. Визначено, що використання аутсорсингових послуг, на відміну від власної логістики, є якісним і стандартизованим сервісом, який характеризується відповідальністю за виконання логістичних операцій, скороченням транспортних витрат, витрат на придбання обладнання й оплату праці окремих фахівців галузі. Для визначення ефективності упровадження логістичного аутсорсингу виділено основні методичні підходи його діагностики: через зміну доходів і витрат, шляхом визначення основних критеріїв і показників ефективності, порівняння витрат, основі зміни якості виконаної функції та шляхом розрахунку коефіцієнта ризику. It is established that one of the management tools that provides agricultural enterprises with opportunities to improve customer service, reduce costs, increase efficiency and concentration of the main activity, avoid additional investment, reduce risk is outsourcing. In contrast to one-time business process support services, outsourcing functions are the functions of professional support for the continuous operation of individual systems and infrastructure of the enterprise, concluding long-term agreements. It is determined that the use of outsourcing services, in contrast to its own logistics, is a quality and standardized service, which is characterized by responsibility for logistics operations, reduction of transportation costs, costs of purchasing equipment and salaries of individual industry professionals. Not every company has the opportunity to create and maintain their own logistics system, so there is a need to attract external resources — logistics outsourcing and diagnostics of its effectiveness, which is an innovative technology for vegetable enterprises. Outsourcing of logistics functions is one of the modern methods of optimizing the logistics activities of enterprises, which is characterized by the delegation of all logistics functions or part of them to external service logistics organizations on a contractual basis. To determine the effectiveness of logistics outsourcing, the main methodological approaches to its diagnosis are identified: through changes in revenues and costs, by defining the main criteria and performance indicators, comparing costs, the basis of changing the quality of the function and by calculating the risk factor. The offered logistic outsourcing of vegetable enterprises provides diagnostics of planning, transportation and storage in a warehouse of a crop of vegetables of an open ground. Vegetable enterprises of Dnipro region should pay attention to 3PL and 2PLAproviders that provide transportation of goods, storage and packaging. Logistics outsourcing provides opportunities to improve customer service, reduce costs, avoid additional investment, increase efficiency and concentration of the main activity of the enterprise. Large vegetable enterprises Skoruk MALLC, Ecofield LLC and VPK-AGRO LLC have outsourced to the process of transportation and storage of harvested crops, which will reduce their logistics costs from 4% to 15%. For enterprises with an area of up to 10 hectares, which do not require storage of grown vegetables in warehouses and delivery of vegetable products to markets by own or leased vehicles, the use of logistics outsourcing services is impractical.
