Психологічні аспекти педагогічної взаємодії та комунікації між викладачем та здобувачами вищої

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі педагогічної комунікації та педагогічної взаємодії в системі “викладач – здобувач освіти”. Подається теоретичне обґрунтування проблеми підвищення ефективності навчально-виховного процесу. Метою статті є обґрунтування необхідності використання активних методів навчання для ефективної педагогічної взаємодії та комунікації між викладачами та здобувачами освіти. Підвищення ефективності навчально–виховного процесу в значній мірі пов’язано з пошуком адекватної системи взаємодії між його учасниками та його оптимізацією. Розглянуто проблему розкриття особистості здобувача освіти. Розкрито, що основними психологічними умовами формування наукового знання та його засвоєння є творча діяльність самого суб’єкта діяльності, особливо в ситуації самоосвіти. The article is devoted to the current problem of pedagogical communication and pedagogical interaction in the "teacher - learner" system. The theoretical justification of the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the educational process is presented. The purpose of the article is to justify the need to use active learning methods for effective pedagogical interaction and communication between teachers and students. Increasing the effectiveness of the educational process is largely related to the search for an adequate system of interaction between its participants and its optimization. The problem of revealing the identity of the student of education is considered. It was revealed that the main psychological conditions for the formation of scientific knowledge and its assimilation are the creative activity of the subject of activity, especially in the situation of self-education.
