Діагностика системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою конкурентоспроможних підприємств агропродовольчої сфери в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

В статті розглянуто діагностику системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою конкурентоспроможних підприємств агропродовольчої сфери в умовах цифровізації. З урахуванням пріоритетних завдань реалізації аграрної політики країн ЄС, основні напрями подальшого розвитку вітчизняного аграрного сектору мають концентруватись у напрямі розвитку органічного землеробства, впровадження біотехнології виробництва продукції рослинництва і тваринництва, ствоLрення "розумних" агрофірм та реалізації проектів відродження сільських територій. Оскільки наступне десятиліття визначиться посиленням глобальних загроз продовольчій безпеці, а тому для України, яка володіє потужним потенціалом аграрного сектору, відкриваються нові перспективи та можливості. Трансформація аграрного сектору потребуватиме запровадження масштабних інновацій та інвестицій для диверсифікації виробництва й забезпечення достатньої продуктивності вумовах кліматичних змін, що дозволить гармонізувати структуру аграрного виробництва, посилити його інклюзивність, кардинально підвищити ступінь переробки продукції. Цьому має сприяти запровадження прозорого та конкурентного соціально орієнтованого ринку земель сільськогосподарського призначення. Основні акценти мають бути зміщені в бік формування ринкових інститутів, які дозволять оптимізувати наявні форми організації сільськогосподарського виробництва з точкизору ефективності реалізації ними економічних, соціальних та екологічних функцій. Нині у підприємствах агропродовольLчої сфери, на думку багатьох фахівців, як і раніше, слабкою ланкою залишається технологічна підготовка та матеріально-технічне забезпечення виробництва, що часто стає причиною зниження показників виробничої діяльності та, зрештою, можепризвести до збитковості галузі. На цій основі, аграрний сектор має стати осередком створення нових робочих місць і подолання безробіття на селі, а також рушієм інноваційної перебудови усього способу життя селян. Дані процеси посилюють систему управління фінансово-економічною безпекою конкурентоспроможних підприємств агропродовольчої сфери в умовах цифровізації

The article examines the diagnostics of the financial and economic security management system of competitive enterprises in the agro food sector in the conditions of digitalization. Taking into account the priority tasks of implementing the agrarian policy of the EU countries, the main directions of further development of the domestic agricultural sector should be concentrated in the direction of the development of organic farming, the introduction of biotechnology for the production of crop and livestock products, the creation of "smart" agricultural firms and the implementation of projects for the revival of rural areas. Since the next decade will be determined by the strengthening of global threats to food security, new prospects and opportunities are opening up for Ukraine, which has a powerful potential in the agricultural sector. The transformation of the agricultural sector will require the introduction of large-scale innovations and investments to diversify production and ensure sufficient productivity in conditions of climate change, which will allow to harmonize the structure of agricultural production, strengthen its inclusiveness, and radically increase the degree of processing of products. This should be facilitated by the introduction of a transparent and competitive socially oriented agricultural land market. The main emphasis should be shifted towards the formation of market institutions, which will allow to optimize the existing forms of organization of agricultural production from the point of view of the effectiveness of their implementation of economic, social and ecological functions. Currently, in the opinion of many experts, technological preparation and material and technical support of production remains a weak link in agro food enterprises, which often causes a decrease in production performance and, in the end, can lead to unprofitability of the industry. On this basis, the agrarian sector should become a center for creating new jobs and overcoming unemployment in the countryside, as well as arriving force for innovative restructuring of the entire way of life of the peasants. These processes strengthen the management system of financial and economic security of competitive agro food enterprises in the conditions of digitalization.
