Впровадження інтеграційних процесів в діяльність сільськогосподарських підприємств

Abstract

Матеріал статті присвячено висвітленню особливостей впровадження системи збутових кооперативів, які могли би стати важливим та необхідним етапом раціональної реконструкції регіональних каналів товароруху зерна. Зосереджена увагана побудові логістичного розподільчого механізму, який забезпечуватиме еквівалентний обмін та економічний паритет між учасниками логістичного ланцюга зернового виробництва. Встановлено, що така форма інтеграції як спосіб взаємодії суб'єктівгосподарювання має ряд переваг, основними з яких є:можливість економії індивідуальних витрат кооперуючих виробників та підвищення продуктивності за рахунок спеціалізації; створення імунітету для членів кооперативу від різноманітних монополістичних проявів інших збутових структур; розширення моноспеціалізації. Запропоновано систему регулювання цінна регіональному рівні, включаючи механізм державного регулювання, який повинен органічно доповнюватися методами непрямого цінового регулювання через ставку банківського відсотка, кількість та розмір податків тощо.The material of the article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of the implementation of the system of marketing cooperatives, which could become an important and necessary stage in the rational reconstruction of regional channels of grain movement. The focus is on building a logistics distribution mechanism that will ensure equivalent exchange and economic parity between participants in the logistics chain of grain production. It has been established that this form of integration as a way of interaction of business entities has a number of advantages, the main of which are: the possibility of saving individual costs of cooperating producers (costs for storage and sale of products, transport and overhead costs) and increasing productivity due to specialization; creation of immunity for members of the cooperative from various monopolistic manifestations of other sales structures; expansion of monospecialization (cooperation allows to engage in such types of economic activities that agricultural commodity producers cannot engage in independently). This is the performance of separate marketing functions for the study of the grain market, storage of products and their effective sales. A sales cooperative has characteristic features of organizational unity, property separation, etc. Organizational unity is legally fixed by the charter of the cooperative and constituent documents. The property of the marketing cooperative as a legal entity is separated not only from the property of other persons, but also from the property of share-members. A system of price regulation at the regional level is proposed, including a mechanism of state regulation, which should be organically supplemented by methods of indirect price regulation through the bank interest rate, quantity and size taxes, etc. A multi-level system of price regulation at the level of enterprises, regions and the state will work for the sole purpose of accelerating the pace of development of agriculture and agro-industrial complex in general as the most important means of solving the country's social, demographic and political problems.
