Ефективність фінансової діяльності підприємства в умовах військових конфліктів

Abstract

В статті досліджено ефективність фінансової діяльності підприємства як індикатора його успішності, який охоплює такі показники, як рентабельність, ліквідність, фінансова стійкість і економічна ефективність. Встановлено, щодосягнення стабільного розвитку підприємства потребує комплексного підходу до фінансового управління, включаючи планування, аудит, диверсифікацію джерел доходів і управління ризиками. Наголошено на важливості оптимізації витрат, раціонального використання ресурсів та контролю на всіх етапах діяльності підприємства. Проведений SWOT-аналіз підприємства в умовах військових загроз виявив, що незважаючи на загрози, підприємства мають можливості в державних замовленнях, нових ринках і міжнародній підтримці, що може сприяти їхньому розвитку навітьу кризових умовах. Розглянуто шляхи вдосконалення фінансової діяльності підприємств в умовах військових конфліктів шляхом впровадження тактичних і стратегічних заходів як з боку управлінців, так і держави. The article examines the effectiveness of the company's financial activity as an indicator of its success, which includes metrics such as profitability, liquidity, financial stability, and economic efficiency. It establishes that achieving stable development of the enterprise requires a comprehensive approach to financial management, including planning, auditing, diversification of income sources, and risk management. The importance of cost optimization, rational use of resources, and control at all stages of the enterprise's operations is emphasized. The results of the conducted SWOT analysis of the enterprise in the context of military threats made it possible to identify strengths such as financial stability, flexibility, income diversification, and export opportunities that help adapt to crises; weaknesses, including declining demand, supply volatility, rising operating costs, and the risk of asset loss. Despite these threats, enterprises have opportunities in government contracts, new markets, and international support, which can contribute to their development even in crisis conditions. The analysis of loss-making enterprises for the period from 2022 to 2024 showed that in 2022, 34.2% of enterprises suffered losses, which is an increase compared to 2021. The pre-tax profit of enterprises in 2022 almost halved, with a shortfall of UAH 541.8 million. However, in 2023, the share of unprofitable enterprises decreased to levels observed between 2015 and 2021, and for the first three months of 2024, it stands at 26.9%. The article considers ways to improve the financial activities of enterprises amid military conflicts by implementing tactical and strategic measures from both managers and the state. The main activities of enterprises include cost optimization, liquidity management, partnership development, and risk management. Government support is crucial for ensuring the stability of the economy, which can include tax incentives, access to financial resources, and the stabilization of the macroeconomic environment.
