Організаційно-економічний механізм забезпечення прибутковість комерційного банку, як основоположний показник ефективності його діяльності

Abstract

Стаття присвячена теоретичним і прикладним аспектам застосування організаційно-економічний механізм забезпечення ефективності діяльності банку. Обґрунтовано теоретичні засади вдосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення ефективності діяльності банків, розкрита класифікацію зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів та здійснено оцінку їх впливу на ефективність діяльності банків. Розглянуто організаційний та економічний механізми як передумову створення єдиного організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення ефективності діяльності банку, охарактеризовано його системні складові. В роботі механізм забезпечення ефективності діяльності банку досліджувався з позицій взаємодії економічних та організаційних методів і важелів впливу на досягнення поставлених цілей та відповідно до встановлених нормативних, правових та інформаційних вимог. Визначено основні інструменти організаційно-економічного механізму, що забезпечують ефективне управління установою та запропоновано заходи щодо покращення функціонування механізму діяльності банків з орієнтацією на підвищення їх прибутковості. Побудована структурну модель організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення ефективності діяльності банку й охарактеризовано його основні складові.

The article is devoted to theoretical and applied aspects of application of organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the efficiency of the bank's activities. The results of the research include the theoretical substantiation of the strategy of ensuring the efficiency of the bank's activities and the sequence of its development, practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of banks through the introduction of a set of organizational measures, justification of the bonus system of monetary incentives for the contribution to improving the efficiency of the bank. The article proposes a comprehensive approach to the formation of strategies for managing the profitability of banks using mechanisms and factors that have a determining influence on the calculated aspects of the development of banking institutions. The theoretical principles of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the efficiency of banks activity, the classification of external and internal factors and the assessment of their influence on the efficiency of banks activity are substantiated. Organizational and economic mechanisms are considered as a prerequisite for the creation of a unified organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the efficiency of the bank's activity, and its system components are characterized. In the work, the mechanism of ensuring the effectiveness of the bank was investigated from the point of view of the interaction of economic and organizational methods and levers of influence on the achievement of the goals and in accordance with established regulatory, legal and information requirements. The basic tools of the organizational and economic mechanism, which provide effective management of the institution, are proposed, and measures are proposed to improve the functioning of the banking activity mechanism with a focus on increasing their profitability. The structural model of the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the efficiency of the bank's activity and its main components have been constructed.
