Негативні ефекти використання глюкокортикоїдів за лікування алергічного дерматиту у котів

Abstract

Виявлені типові ознаки негативної дії гормональних протизапальних засобів (поліурія, полідипсія, поліфагія, гіперглікемія, глюкозурія) при лікуванні алергічного дерматиту у котів. Встановлено, що глюкокортикоїди пролонгованої дії дексафорт та кінолог менш ятрогенні ніж дексаметазон і преднізолон для організму котів при лікуванні даної патології. Carried out work for decades for the treatment of allergic dermatoses in dogs glucocorticoids popularized in circles practicing veterinarians, but in scientific journals remain virtually unanswered question their negative effects on the body of cats. The aim of our research was to determine the major negative effects on the body cat glucocorticoids for the treatment of allergic dermatoses and clarify the specific frequency of the negative impact of other anti-inflammatory drugs: prednisolone, dexamethasone, deksafortu, dog handlers. The most typical sign of negative effects of glucocorticoids in the treatment of allergic dermatitis in cats are polyuria, polyphagy, polydipsia, hyperglycaemia, glycosuria. In the background the negative effects of glucocorticoids in the body of cats is hepatomegaly chondroectodermal dysplasia, shortness of breath, abuse recovery wool cover and bilaterally symmetrical alopecia, increased activity of liver enzymes, particularly alkaline phosphatase; histopathological changes in the liver, depression, drowsiness, shortness of breath, disruption of the digestive system, the occurrence of gastric ulcers; diabetes and diabetic ketoacidosis; pulmonary thromboembolism; infection. Glucocorticoids prolonged deksafort and iatrogenic cynologist less than dexamethasone and prednisolone to the body of cats in the treatment of allergic dermatitis.
