Abstract

Визначено, що управлінське рішення є центральним елементом управлінської діяльності, оскільки саме через ухвалення рішень реалізується функція управління як цілеспрямованого впливу на об’єкт. У системі менеджменту воно виконує об'єднувальну, координаційну та трансформаційну функцію, забезпечуючи ефективне функціонування підприємства в умовах змінного середовища. Управлінські рішення мають стратегічне значення, адже від них залежить реалізація місії та досягнення довгострокових цілей підприємства. Крім того, у поточній діяльності саме рішення визначають шляхи використання ресурсів, організацію виробництва, маркетингову політику, фінансове планування тощо. Таким чином, управлінські рішення слугують містком між інформаційно аналітичними процесами та практичною дією. Успішність реалізації управлінських рішень значною мірою залежить не лише від якості їх ухвалення, а й від належної організації процесу виконання. З огляду на це, у межах даного дослідження було розроблено низку конкретних пропозицій, спрямованих на удосконалення механізмів контролю та підвищення виконавської дисципліни в системі менеджменту господарства. Запропоновані заходи охоплюють як організаційні, так і технічні інструменти, що дозволяють налагодити ефективну систему контролю за реалізацією управлінських рішень у фермерському господарстві. Акцент зроблено на персоніфікації відповідальності, впровадженні цифрових форм обліку, системі мотивації та регулярному моніторингу. Реалізація зазначених пропозицій сприятиме зменшенню ризику управлінських збоїв, підвищенню прозорості діяльності та зміцненню управлінської культури в господарстві.
