dc.description.abstractОсобливістю серологічного контролю застосування генетично-модифікованих вакцин проти IBDV є використання діагностичних тестів ELISA орієнтованих на виявлення антитіл специфічних до антигену VP2 вірусу IBDV, а дослідження класичними тестами за такої схеми імунопрофілактики можна проводити для відслідковування рівня трансоваріальних антитіл IBDV. A feature of serological control of the use of genetically modified vaccines against IBDV is the use of ELISA diagnostic tests designed to detect antibodies specific to the VP2 antigen. Classical ELISA tests can be used to determine the level of transovarian antibodies to IBDV.uk
