Abstract
В статті досліджується феномен наукового співтовариства та на прикладі Дніпропетровської області продемонстровані найпотужніші осередки регіону: ДНУ ім. О. Гончара, Дніпропетровська Політехніка, ДДАЕУ.
Показана специфіка діяльності наукових шкіл в цих закладах вищої освіти. Окремо проаналізовані проблеми наукового співтовариства Дніпропетровської області після лютого 2022 року.

The article examines the phenomenon of the scientific community and, on the example of the Dnipropetrovsk region, demonstrates the most powerful centers of the region: DNU O. Honchara, Dnipropetrovsk Polytechnic, DDAEU.
The specifics of the activities of scientific schools in these institutions of higher education are shown. The problems of the scientific community of the Dnipropetrovsk region after February 2022 are separately analyzed.
