Метод визначення еколого-біологічних характеристик кореневих систем трав’янистих рослин

Abstract

Для визначення поверхні кореневої системи, її довжини і насиченості грунтів коренями зручніше користуватися не обємом і діаметром коренів після повторного їх намочування, а даними їхньої щільності у абсолютно сухому стані. З цієї метою ми визначили щільність коренів для кожної фракції окремо і встановили, що щільність коренів залежить від їхнього діаметру: чим він менше, тим більше їхня щільність, тобто цей показник залежить від віку коренів та структури їхніх тканин. To determine the surface of the root system, its length and the saturation of the soil by the roots, it is more convenient to use not the volume and diameter of the roots after re-wetting, but the data of their density in a completely dry state. For this purpose, we determined the density of the roots for each fraction separately and found that the density of the roots depends on their diameter: the smaller, the greater their density, that is, this figure depends on the age of the roots and the structure of their tissues.
